Bedroom Tax ?

I suppose that if it really got desperate for them the Tory government could spin the Bedroom Tax as an attack on the Corporates, and in particular the Banks, who have to keep house prices inflated or all the housing associations and buy to let landlords should go bust taking the Banks down with them.   If both corporate and individual landlords did the Christian moral thing and reduced their rents in order that nobody would be forced to move its likely that they would be unable to cover their debts to the banks and other institutions like pension schemes which would precipitate a crash on the stock market making all the Banks insolvent.  They must be pretty close to the edge as it is as both RBS and only the other day Lloyds had alleged computer problems for a short period indicating that they probably ran out of electronic money, and like with RBS earlier, coinciding with a big variation in the FTSE whether theoretically up or down.   Perhaps the only thing keeping the stock market alive at the moment is a potential influx of wealthy migrants fleeing civil unrest in their own country, in fact all you actually need is 18k in independent income, probably based on the stock market and they will always be given good jobs when they arrive in the UK.  Little wonder UK university graduates struggle to find work, their jobs are probably being taken by the weathy’s offspring of just as poorly educated immigrants with no true allegiance to the UK.

The UK really is the stock market parasite Noah’s Arc at the moment, everything inflated up to a point of financial apartheid dividing the population in order to maintain former Public Servants in the luxury retirement the Corporate-Nazi system awarded them for going quietly along with their Arch Plan and practice Corporate Ethnic Cleansing on the indigenous UK population.   If a 26K cap on benefits per household is fair game for the unemployed the same principle must also be applicable to public sector pensions in a situation of austerity mostly due to the miss management by them greedy ten bob fat cat selves.   The stock market is bound to implode soon so it would appear that the stock market parasites are putting all the crap into the lower final value schemes which would appear to have lost 20% in the last ten years even though the FTSE is back at almost record levels at the moment. At the moment the average household is paying a tenner a week to fund public sector pensions, and no one wants to deny retired people a decent living but funding regular round the world cruises and big fancy new  cars every 3 years looks positively ludicrous in the current financial situation ?

It clear that if we free the market, the Banks and pension funds will implode before much longer and hopefully in the summer months, if it doesn’t come off this summer they must keep it afloat until next year, a winter Banking crisis could kill people.  It might be a good idea for people to carry a cash float of enough to last them a month because Cameron is likely to dither at the crucial moment, and Miliband dare not challenge him as the full truth about what’s been going on in the UK for the last 30 years will come out, Hillsborough is the tip of an iceberg.

Its crucial to get interest rates back up to a reasonable level, just nationalise anyone who cant pay and punish them for being foolish enough to participate as the instigators of the banking scam, that is not to say the actual people, just their homes, no need to throw anyone out on the streets.  That includes taking back housing associations into council ownership, although most properties have crap modern bathrooms etc replaced as a carrot for privatisation when the old would still suffice for most people.  It going to be really painful for some people if we cut out all the dead wood of false economic growth generated in the past 40 years but in the end I expect the UK to be a more friendly and generally happier society than the Corporate-Nazi dictatorship we have in 2013 !

The Corporate-Nazi Arch Plan for the UK Agenda 21 !

Over the past 30 or so years it has become increasingly apparent that the UK would appear to be following a de-industrialisation agenda driven by stock market parasites who’s only interest would be to promote the asset stripping of the UK’s industrial infrastructure, whilst at the same time taking maximum profits for the Corporates.   The whole object of their exercise has been to promote false economic growth mostly on the back of EU directives as embroidered by Whitehall, a typical 7 page relatively simple EU directive transformed into a book when applied to the UK starting with John Major through Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and now Cameron with the Lib-Dem Europhile licence.  It all part of a Corporate-Nazi ideology festering in UK politics for far too long now and all lobbied for by various Safety-fascists, Health-fascists and most of all Eco-fascists via the now almost totally discredited Co2 induces run away Global warming theory.

Freedom and basic fundamental human rights in the UK are now fast approaching a state which can only be described as a Corporate-Nazi twisted mirror image of North Korea incorporating all the worst aspects of Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia combined, even Goebbels stopped short of a the blanket Smoking Ban Hitler so much desired.  However, its not just the government the stock market parasites are operating a system of financial apartheid against young people by making car insurance so expensive that few can afford it under 25 when the safest drivers in later life are always those who started the youngest.  Similarly insurance costs stop small tradesmen taking on apprentices and bias against young workers generally, all current employment regulation favours the Corporates, they analyse applicants via employment agencies to ensure that they are a good little Ten Bob Fat Cat.   A fb friend of mine was offered a job at a safety consultant for a company working for Cross-Rail, at the last minute it was all off, and was he on some kind of Corporate-Nazi BLACKLIST where you only got a job if you were ideologically pure. Its the employment agencies giving all the jobs to the immigrants as well, especially when they can sell 8 to a two up two down for 50 quid a week into the deal, most of them are little better than 18th century slave traders ?

I have always suspected that I have been on a blacklist ever since we did a test for fun in liberal studies in the last year of worthwhile tech ( 1981 ) where you had to tick boxes and the end result indicated your politics, as I had a high score I came out a communist when everybody knew was it was bollocks and laughed it off.  Thing was though that corporates wouldn’t touch me, could never have got a job at the Cement Works and once got turned down for a job on the Council as bin lorry driver for being over qualified after a week, they gave the job to Monkey Lugs a pretty dim guy who drove at the same place as me.   I suppose that I was fortunate that I was never without a job for long, people even asked me to come and work for them and I always had decent savings to tide me over when I was off sick, usually the winters, was still pretty fit when I went to NZ when the Gulf War was on in 1991 when work was really slack, got a job at the local bus depot when I came back 7 weeks later.  I left due to my back playing up in autumn, they wanted me to stay but I let go, had done my job and probably saved the depot from closure with my input. The fuller story is in my book Corporate Nazi? and I will link it and the following 2009-2011 instalment in the comments.  It is now often the case that people rejected by the corporates get forced to work for less than the minimum wage self employed, ( Cumbria shootings guy Derek Bird for example ) can’t draw state benefits longer term if you have got any savings and in particular ESA which is time limited to 365 days even if it was the Corporate-Nazi Dictatorship system which caused your nervous breakdown or chronic ill health.

I digress but getting back to the main plan it would appear that the UK is to become some kind of virtual stock market parasite Noah’s Ark where semi retired rich people can live in the rural areas and trade shares via superfast broadband.  It would appear that wealthy Greeks are already moving into the more classy areas of London into the home of those facing Corporate Ethnic Cleansing by the 26k Benefits Cap, London house prices should be falling rapidly yet prices are up probably on the back of stock market parasite bonus money laundering and the influx of wealthy immigrants escaping civil unrest on the mainland EU and perhaps even the US when the now almost inevitable global financial meltdown comes.   The traditional working class will become redundant with the expansion of workfare which may end up more attractive than minimum wage for some people because they get their travel costs and meal paid for on top of their benefits.  Its clear that the veracity of the Green Holocaust will be increased to dispose of all the useless eaters.  Relative basic human rights will be plunged back into the 18th Century with the introduction of Toll Roads almost everywhere enforced by the ANPR technology Average Speed Cameras some local authorities are spinning  to introduce to police 20 Mph Zones etc to appease the Safety-fascists, simple job to turn the cameras around using the common technology for Tolls on all main routes on top of fuel duty.

Large swathes of rural England and Wales will be turned into eco / historical theme parks, perhaps even the whole of the north of Manchester up to an independent Scotland ruled by eco-fascist dictator Salmond. HS2 will only ever go as far as Manchester and the money to complete it could run out before then.  It would cost far too much to forge a new high speed line through the northern fells anyway, the existing rail infrastructure is adequate anyway since Portillo saved the Settle-Carlisle line, plenty of scope for running first class steam trains for wealthy international Jet Set tourists and perhaps the opportunity to sell them a retirement / holiday home in one of the redundant small farms or in one of the the many villages.  Cornwall and Devon would also appear to fall into the theme park scheme, take for example the town of Oakhampton, a desert factory and dairy closed in the same month in 2011, hundreds of job losses with no prospect of alternative employment for the locals, cost of the journey into the bigger towns prohibitive.  No doubt other rural areas are similarly afflicted, some put it down to progress but the UK is going backwards into a third world country especially in the larger towns where the roads are in atrocious condition due to years of spending the maintenance budget on Traffic Calming.

Perhaps the only way to stop the Corporate-Nazi Plan in its tracks is to pull the plug on the PFI welfare state for the stock market parasites and put interest rates up to a reasonable level say 5% but 10% would be better with every UK citizen with 10 years tax paid legal residence given a virtual 100k in a national savings account as the basis for a Citizens Income.  It could then be possible to scrap most employment legislation and get a true free labour market operating, all multinational corporations to be taxed at 5% of turnover as a licence for the privilege of trading in a UK market of 60 million, no scope for tax dodge transferring profits overseas.

Are Higher Levels of Carbon Dioxide Actually Having a Slight Cooling Effect on our Planet ?

The UK science establishment ( despite evidence like the CERN cloud experiment ( based on a 1995 theory by Svensmark ) and the research to prove it put off for years, plus Roy Spencer and NASA proving that the earth radiates far more heat to space than expected ) still clings to the run away man made global warming religion in the hope that the sceptics will go away when new evidence to the contrary is published weekly.  It is now even suggested that Co2 is not a greenhouse gas at all and can be proved applying Newton’s second law of thermodynamics, and some bloke in the earlier 20th century proved it, of course the eco-fascist leaning BBC is not reporting it and SKY is in bed with a match funding deal for WWF advertising their free range tiger farming, ( as if tigers are endangered, there are more breeding in zoos than are left in the wild but it makes big tourism money with the 1% international jet set ) Its the same with Polar bears, gone up to well over 30,000 now from 5,000 in 1950.  There has been no overall warming since 1998 and the Met Office data says its actually cooling in 2011-2012 despite ever rising levels of Co2 in our atmosphere, with the benefit of increased food production potential.  Similarly the sea level has not risen sharply as predicted, the latest latest research suggests the the area of permanently dry land on Pacific atolls is increasing, more extreme heat events / drought can look spectacular until you find that the 1930s was far more hotter and colder, 2012 Russia had the coldest December in 70 years again not reported in the UK.  It must be clear to anyone with a true education based on an open mind that the Sun is the primary driver of our climate, now astrophysicists can fairly accurately ( 85% ) predict the longer term weather based on the interaction of the magnetic fields of the earth and the moon.

It may therefore be reasonable to believe that Co2 has no effect on our climate or weather at all, but given Spencer’s observation on radiation to space perhaps Carbon Dioxide has a slight cooling effect for the following reason.  The Specific Heat Capacity of Co2 is only a quarter of that of water, therefore at higher concentrations of Co2 the air loses its heat to space far quicker, and particularly on a cloud free night making dawn temperatures lower, although on the same principle the air would heat up quicker during the day, overall no global average effect but colder winters in temperate regions, cloud cover being the main factor in summer temps but more frequently resulting in snow in mid winter. All based on basic secondary modern school physics as taught to 13 year olds in the 1970s but that’s the problem with the university boffins who would appear to have forgotten about the basics in almost every field of science and engineering these days.

The exact same principle must also apply to Methane which has a SHC just over half of water, so all the anti livestock farming rhetoric is just eco-fascist quasi-religious propaganda, and perhaps the same principle applies to their latest attempted black soot warming scare, that was the whole point of the secondary physics experiment, paint something sooty black and it radiated more heat cooling quicker, no overall warming effect if anything cooling when the sun is not shining or blocked out by any clouds.

Perhaps Man Made Global Warming was just a scam invented by the energy companies in order that they could increase their profits in a world said to be heading into another little ice age by the Sun watchers, a slick business opportunity to leverage the money from green taxation to gamble on the stock market during the period they held it and increase energy prices through speculation.   If only our politicians were not so brain dead as to still swallow AGW, the exception which proves the rule being Labour MP for Blakeley ( north Manchester ) Graham Stringer who refused to sign off the official UK ” climategate ” inquiry whitewash !

The Alleged Unintended Consequences of the Carbon Dioxide Causes Climate Change Scam !

Anybody who worked in an outside job through the late 1980s and early 1990s could probably have been forgiven for believing the media hype about how man made Co2 was causing Global Warming and that urgent action had to be taken to reduce emissions, or so the environmental NGO’s like FoE and WWF would tell everyone.   I must admit that I myself was a believer, I even wrote to Friends of the Earth pointing out that the traffic calming they were promoting at least doubled pollution, especially the toxic type it has since been established that traffic calming increases Co2 by 83% and NOX ( the stuff that gives you asthma ) by 37%.  In 1995 I wrote an article about it increasing pollution and sent it by snail mail to FoE, I waited a couple of weeks but received no reply so I rang their office and asked if they had received it, pointing out what it was about and was then basically told to get stuffed and the phone was slammed down on me.

By the time I had got my first internet access in 1996 I had written to every alleged environmental charity in the country and again not one single reply, I also wrote to Peg Alexander then leader of the fledgling Green party on other transport issues pointing out how to reduce emissions and costs on transport and how to get more freight on the railways based on my experience from time exploring in New Zealand and before that Australia.  Again no reply as if it had never been written so I did start to seriously question the true motives behind the green movement.   I did eventually get a response from Greenpeace who simply said they didn’t care about the extra pollution just so it aggravated people so much that they walked, cycled, or took the train / bus, needless to say for anyone with a true road safety culture if anyone had deliberately set out to design death traps for cyclists they could hardly have done a better job of it than traffic calming.  It may in fact lead to a situation where said cyclist would cause more traffic pollution than what he would have done if he had caught the bus instead and the new junctions in towns with cycling priority encourage the potentially dangerous practice of passing a left turning HGV on the nearside, if you get run over by an HGV or bus at 5 Mph it leaves you just as dead as it does at 50 Mph so 20 Mph Zones are pointless and cause an extra 10-15% pollution.  Of course the cynic would say that its all about getting people to pay more in road fuel tax as increased above the rate of inflation by the escalator, which in turn decimated our manufacturing industry ( especially up north ) during the late 1990s before it was brought under control by virtual riots.

At least all road fuel tax increases have finally been abandoned now that the oil price is inflated by speculation, it was a direct tax on low income people in rural areas, someone once worked out that it was the equivalent of 10p on the basic rate of income tax for anyone on minimum wage, its always the poor who get hit by Green taxes almost as though the whole object of the exercise was to economically cleanse low income families from rural areas, now squarely Corporate Ethnic Cleansing by the current high oil price.   The very latest alleged Green potential ethnic cleansing scam is the impending Carbon Floor Price, basically a tax on your coal, and the only other alternative heating electricity price will be inflated as coal generation is currently the cheapest market option, yet another direct attack on lower income rural people on top of other stock market parasite ( Neo-Liberal / Corporate-Nazi ) ideologically inflated costs like insurance for young drivers.  I suspect that they will continue to escalate the price of coal in the UK until it works out at the same price as bottled gas, I know of a case where two teachers installed bottled gas central heating in the remote house the woman had been left to her, they just couldn’t afford it so what will happen with farm workers etc and others on low incomes like pensioners.   It would appear that the whole object of the Green taxation exercise is to prop up market prices for energy speculators. I believe the Energy Bill currently includes a minimum ( ” Strike ” they allege ) price for energy, so we wont see any economic benefit from shale gas even if they do waste it generating electric when it should be used to secure a longer term future for current UK industrial and domestic use.

Looking at the broader global picture its clear that the push for bio-fuel the green NGO’s were all pushing for in the 1990s has precipitated mass destruction of of rainforests especially the habitat of the Orang-utan for Palm Oil which I am informed by a 1941 book has the highest calorific value of any vegetable oil and makes the best bio-diesel as under enforced use under an EU directive, similarly ethanol from Corn stealing food from the starving millions and inflating world cereal prices for the stock market parasite speculators yet again.  Its all about generating false economic growth which in turn increases the financial apartheid between rich and poor which even in the UK could eventually precipitate regular riots for more false economic growth repairing the damage on the insurance if you can afford it.   Its the same principle with wind farms, if they ever meet the EU target it could precipitate regular power cuts and cause anarchy in towns an cities unless we pay twice for our generation capacity, wind farms don’t save any Co2 if your primary objective is to keep the lights on 24/7/365. The special magnets in wind turbines use rare earth metals which have turned where they are made in China into the most toxic area on the entire planet, you probably use twice as much Copper for wind farms as conventional power plant generation so the stock market parasite speculators are snouts in the trough again.

Their latest investment scam is wood bio-mass which puts further pressure on the rainforests in that it probably makes chipboard more expensive in comparison to imported ply-wood, I almost had a heart attack when I got the bill for some softwood joinery today, with hindsight perhaps it would have been cheaper to do the job in UPVC again to the profit of the oil companies the eco-trendies claim to hate so much.

I could go on and detail overseas examples of Corporate Ethnic Cleansing in places like Uganda where 1000s of subsistence farmers were thrown off their land and an entire village forcibly cleared in the name of a UK company Carbon Capture forestry project where rich people could buy credits to offset their flights for example and espouse their inner guilt about how their luxury lifestyle was impacting their revered mother earth.   I am informed that WWF cleared an entire African village to make it theoretically safe enough from Prince Charles to go out there and present them an eco award, similarly their Tiger farming projects are ejecting the harmlessly farming locals and making good food productive land turn back to rough scrub, all those ethnically cleansed expected to go and live in perpetual poverty and squalor of the slums in the big cities.   Time to forget the cute cuddly Polar Bear image and wake up to the fact that like the real thing they ( WWF etc ) will rip your head off given half the opportunity !

If only Pinocchio’s nose had been cut for timber, then perhaps we could have built ” Jerusalem ” in England’s green and pleasant land, not the virtual ” West Bank ” separation in a nation divided by financial apartheid we would appear to be heading for if current UK government policy is not changed entirely.  We can be lighter in our footprint on the ecology of our planet if we demand that consumer good must last a lifetime if you look after them properly, perhaps the only legislation that would be needed would be a ban on consumer credit for anything that didn’t last at least 30 years, for example a car you bought in your 20s that you could hand on to your kids when they in turn passed their driving test ?

Transport Costs ?

I was just thinking about the price differential between petrol and diesel in the UK and perhaps it all boils down to the fractional distillation of oil, a topic as part of the O level physics sylabus in the 1970s, and included in the BR handbook for Diesel traction, in fact crucial information for any skilled engineer.  However, very few people know that all oil is not the same, apart from the fact that Brent Crude is 20$ more expensive than WTI Texas light crude.  Its is probably the case that Brent crude yields far more diesel under distillation than WTI, and even then all ” diesel ” is not the same, some is noticably less good than the best, when I was driving wagons you could often tell when there had been a new delivery at the garage, used to run it pretty dry and then get a full 8 wheeler full of the new stuff.   I have never noticed any significant difference between petrol because I always keep a full tank, except that you get less Mpg since they started adding 5% ethanol, which lowers the calorific value.

The thing is that ” Is Brent more expensive because it yeilds more diesel ” for which there is an ever growing market for, a diesel car is now better than a prius petrol electric as far as theoretical Co2 emissions are concerned and therefore environmentally trendy, ( the particulates now being caught in a mega expensive filter thus increasing the long term running costs ) big market out there for diesel at the moment.  The reason they first started using petrol is because it was a cheap waste product of the oil refining industry in the 1920s, people only moved onto diesel engines due to the major problem of burnt out exhaust valves on petrol engines.  Lead saved the exhaust valves so pertol was still popular in larger vehicles right up to the 1960s, even though diesel was significantly cheaper then, diesel cars were almost non existent until the late 1980s when lead was banned.  I had a 1989 Metro 1000cc with valve seats fitted and a lower compression ratio 8:1 instead of 9:1 but it wasn’t much good so I went back to leaded fuel and tweaked the ignition timing as far advanced without pinking giving me the performance of a 1300 but got rid of it and got a diesel Peugeot 309 in 1991.  I kept that for ten years intill the gearbox went and got an almost new Skoda diesel which was not much use for a couple of years until vandals set it on fire outside the back of our house.  Then I got a older Peugeot 205, which I ran until 2006 and it was basically knackered.  I could see that diesel prices were rising so I took the plunge and bought a new Kia Picanto 1000cc petrol which performs as good as my tweaked Metro did, its a 12 valve engine, ( two inlet valves one exhaust per cyl ) better than a 16 valve for low speed pulling.  Even on the unleaded petrol now and current high fuel prices I can get 17p per mile out of it, ( it was 10p with 2007 fuel prices and not as much ethanol ) and it does everything I need it to will cruise at indicated 80 on the motorway all day and fun to drive on A roads.  I believe Ford now claims to have built a 1000cc petrol engine with the performance of a 1600, if it catches on we could in time see diesel prices fall, but you can cut your running costs by avoiding air conditioning if given the option by the manufacturers, I don’t have A/C on my Kia.

The whole road fuel market would appear to be rigged by the theoretical need to cut Co2 making the more efficient diesel more competitive yet thinking in the longer term perhaps the high cost of changing the particulate filter makes the new Ford more cheaper for an average family, my Kia is OK for just single me, yet the road safety lobby are conspiring to increase everyone’s costs by insisting on 20 Mph zones which are impossible to keep to on uphill  with a small engine.  Everything is designed to make motoring as expensive as possible especially if you are a young driver, insurance costs are now a complete rip off and offer no cost advantage in running an old vehicle, free insurance deals on new cars must be the cheapest form of motoring for the young in this rigged by the corporate cartel market.   It could be said that the insurance companies are promoting the imposition of a financial apartheid barrier to young drivers which impacts most on those who need a car due to the lack of public transport.   It is probably also the case that bus fares are kept artificially high by the entry cost to motoring as jacked up by insurance costs.  In fact the corporate have got you enslaved whichever way you turn if you want freedom of mobility in the UK, affordable long distance train fares are only available if you book at least a month in advance and the company can record your movements.  Now the insurance companies are offering cheaper insurance if you are prepared to submit to be tracked by spy in the sky navigation technology, so much for freedom yet its not yet the ” big brother ” state imposing conditions on you, its the Corporate Multinational Cartel you need to worry about.

Perhaps the only way to get a true free market in transport would be to issue state third party motor insurance, the public payment for which could be included in the cost fuel thus encouraging fuel efficient cars yet perhaps it would be better to go back to the original motorcycle road fund licence principle of flat road taxation based on engine capacity for vehicles over 5 years old, at the moment if you run an old car you are at a significant disadvantage. Commercial vehicles could get a rebate on their fuel costs up to a set maximum annual mileage, ( use red diesel ) thus encouraging shorter distance traffic and promoting the use of rail for longer journeys unless you can prove that there is no true economic alternative but to use the road for bulky goods etc.  Some large corporate logistics companies are already using rail due to the subsidy, but traffic can not increase further until Network Rail complete the renewal of all the pre 1970s jointed track, its all part of the dash to be green trendy and in fairness it is a true environmentally beneficial market direction but its subsidy makes it false economic growth despite the track improvement programme.

Whilst in the rail arena todays developments on the west coast franchise are quite interesting, the whole process scrapped and Branson snubbed yet again by the fact he didn’t get the franchise on his original bid, whatever the economics the First Group bid was better as it had new direct trains to Blackpool, the ones Branson withdrew and no new committment.  It may be the case that in the end the government take over as on the east coast franchise, the Tories would appear to be operating a cunning plan to take back the train operations back into public ownership, in short a reborne BR which can provide the most competitive deal for UK taxpayers.  The rail fare pain will continue in the short term but once the track is improved to safely take modern freight locomotives on all the key routes net track costs should fall on average and take pressure off the need any fare rises in the medium future.

Electric Cars ?

I have been considering the various construction, operating and economic factors relating to practical mass market electric cars. It would appear that most potential manufacturers are locked into designs which need massive investment in new tooling, use possibly the most expensive batteries on the market. Overall family practicality sacrificed on the altar of style and the aerodynamics quasi-religion when its unlikely to be driven long periods at high speed. The first cost of any practical electric family car is prohibitive to most people, then the range is only perhaps 60 miles.

 

Most people need a car capable of longer journeys, and as far as I can see the most practical solution is to use a cheap lead acid battery pack on trailers. Its not a new idea, Ribble Motor Services ( Preston ) built and tested a prototype electric Leyland National bus in the 1970s, the batteries were carried on a trailer. It could be possible to build a national network of battery trailer interchange stations on a scale similar to the number of small petrol garages in the 1950s. Each station could hold a stock of trailers to interchange and charge batteries on site, perhaps even using local renewable sources.

 

The trailers would need to be hired out on a common user basis, the value of the energy included in the hire price. It would also be beneficial to provide trailer park / interchange sites on the outskirts of town so that you could rely on the ( perhaps smaller ) vehicle battery alone for the trip into town itself. Perhaps a radical departure away from ” traditional ” mass production car design is needed considering the investment by potential owners.

 

To be true ” green ” any mass production need to be capable ( with maintenance ) of lasting at least 30 years. Buy an electric car in your 20s and then hand it on to your kids when they first pass their test and start driving independently. There is proven vehicle technology capable of doing this, the ERF SP truck cab with sheet mould compound plastic panels on a strong steel frame. Using the SP cab design as a basis it could be possible to build a vehicle which fits the above criterion. If it was thought about properly you could even send your vehicle in for refurbishment and have it returned with different body styling. Such a vehicle would be likely to retain its second hand value long term, unlike current mass production designs which are normally ” knackered ” at under 15 years old, even if you could theoretically still get the required spares.

 

I have been thinking about ways to reduce power consumption and improve regenerative braking in electric road vehicles for several years now. I have a PTII motor vehicle technicians certificate ( from 1982 before the syllabus was dumbed down ) with distinction and in my spare time over the years swatted up on railway locomotive engineering.

 

My idea is based on the principle of the Fell Locomotive ( Built 1950 ) using four diesel engines driving through differentials to provide automatic gear changes. It would probably not be practical to use four small electric motors for a car, but you could use two medium sized driving through a differential. At low speed one motor would be idle and locked, the diff providing a reduction of 2 to 1, at above say 20 Mph the second motor was unlocked and came into use to provide additional power and acceleration at higher speed up to a max of around 70. Furthermore, when braking the second motor could be locked spinning the remaining motor faster thus providing potential extra regeneration to the batteries.

 

I do have some practical experience of electric motors but only in model railways, some of my models are fitted with Protescap motors. Push a dead one fairly fast along the dead track and the electricity generated will move another slowly. It would be relatively easy to do using the latest electronics and could be the key to improving range especially on a vehicle like a taxi engaged on mostly slow speed city work.

 

There is probably no real chance of even getting my ideas for electric cars onto the agenda, I’m a bit like John Harrison and his marine clock up against the astronomers of the Longitude Board. It would appear that we have regressed back into the 18th century as far as innovation in science and engineering are concerned, perhaps they have once again become the sole domain of a quasi-religious elite ?

The Badger Cull

At long last DEFRA is going ahead with a cull of badgers despite all the eco-fascist protestations over the course of recent years and more recently the court case, environment policy handed back to the true environmentalists our farmers and the true indigenous local tribe, a victory for the ancient British, at least as far back as the Civil War.  The famers understand the land far better than any education you can get at university, the grammar school near me has a higher proportion of farmers kids.   The fact is that if you are an idiot with your land you will soon go out of business as a farmer, farming is far worse now so the pressure is on to cut costs but its already cut to the bone, many farmers relying on the OAP to keep afloat, lose the ability to sell stock and you are stuffed no chance for younger farmers to survive.   That’s what university trained environmentalists want in order that farmers will be forced to leave the industry freeing up the farm property for speculative developers tapping into the stock broker retirement market.  Likewise wealthy immigrants, all spurred on by programmes like BBC Escape to the Country, ( and its on almost every day now ) the consumer dream of living in the country and in fact perhaps the only factor putting the brakes on their eco-trend is the lack of fast Broadband in many rural areas.

 

Of course the government is promoting fast broadband, politicians believe that it will improve their local economy which it would theoretically do if all the rich people who move in buy local, but the net result must be lost jobs from those displaced into unemployment in the larger towns.  Of course anyone not paying the higher rates of income tax doesn’t matter to the BBC, everyone has to be a good Ten Bob Fat Cat and play the property speculation game, local councils are all run to theoretically increase the value of property in their area, cut speed limits in residential areas, introduce weight limits was the original favourite.   In fact like the SS in Nazi Germany getting the Jews to willingly buy the train tickets to the concentration camps, anything to promote false economic growth by increasing the cost of transport, not least not objecting to the Road Fuel Tax Escalator and other ” green ” taxation principles.

 

If the current trend continues then there will be very few of the original indigenous population left in rural areas, the very same people who in the 1960s had an environment where thrushes thrived despite the fact that the local kids would raid the first round of eggs laid by wild birds and take them into school for the ” nature table ” strictly verboten now, despite the fact that it probably did more good than harm.  The point was that the kids would take the first round of eggs laid in the early spring and perhaps hatched before enough food was available for the chicks.  The song birds simply laid another round of eggs and the chicks thrived in the warmer conditions, kids fun over for the year and no harm done.   Our local problem with declining thrush numbers only started when a pair of Peregrines moved into the face on the local quarry, after about 15 years there are no thrushes in our local area. still plenty of Blackbirds though, probably because the hawks think they are crows.  I remember BBC Bird in the Nest once showed a peregrine nest where the parent cam back with a brown thing that looked like a thrush but the camera was edited at the critical point, the wildlife presenters know full well hawks eat small birds, how can Attenborough state that peregrines only eat pigeons.  He also claims they always kill first strike yet whilst racing pigeons I had several survive hawk attacks, a member of the public once alerted me to one he had found that had been two thirds plucked before it escaped, I nursed her back to health.

 

The lesson must be that perhaps like the original Hillsborough reports alleged ” eco-friendly ” as portrayed by various NGO’s and universities policy is not to be trusted, the indigenous people know better how to protect the local environment and sustain the agriculture we all need to sustain our longer term survival, the latest cabinet appointment of Owen Patterson gives us some hope of achieving a sustainable rural future !

Proposed 40Mph Rural Speed Limits

IF the government allow local authorities to cut  speed limits to 40Mph, transport in rural areas will be put back to 1930s  standards. Pre 1974 local councils spent an absolute fortune improving and  widening many miles of road between rural communities to make them safe for the  then national limit of 70 Mph. If cuts in speed limits go through, the  investment of our far sighted forefathers will be completely wasted. Cutting  speed limits will also increase fuel consumption for rural drivers. It would  appear that today’s politicians have had their brains washed by well organized  anti speed campaigners and greens, who’s main aim appears to be to bring back  the Red Flag Act and turn the UK into a third world country when it comes to  transport.

 

If road safety campaigners were serious about actually reducing  accidents they would all propose annual eyesight tests. However, as they get  most of their funding from the transport industry it would appear that they  would prefer more accidents at lower speeds.

I expect that most rural  accidents are caused by tourists going relatively slow watching the scenery not  the road ahead. Reducing rural speed limits to 40 Mph will not cut accidents as  most rural accidents occur in locations where the safe speed may be as low as 30  or even less than 20 Mph. Cutting the current allowed maximum of 60 Mph will  actually encourage some drivers to go faster where road conditions do not allow  higher speed.
Many rural road accidents are caused by drivers foolishly  swerving to avoid small animals like rabbits and pheasants. Killing something  like a sheep is surely preferable to risking you life, running over things like  rabbits and pheasants wont even damage your vehicle. Similarly parking in  potentially dangerous locations like in blind bends and over the brow of a hill  can be easily avoided. Pedestrians should not always follow the highway code to  the letter, crossing over to the side of the bend where you can easily be seen  from a reasonable distance is advisable

Keeping rural speed limits at the  current 60Mph is more important now the prospect of spy in the sky satellite  tracking and road pricing looms on the horizon. It would appear that there are  plans to put lower limits on every road except the more expensive trunk roads.  This will restrict choice to avoid the routes with the highest rates and still  get to your destination in a reasonable time. It could be said that rural speed  limits are almost impractical or impossible to police, but with spy in the sky  tracking, they can get you anywhere between two fixed points. Any average driver  is faced with the prospect of becoming a criminal he is skilful enough to  complete his rural journey at an average over 40Mph. I seem to remember of  something in New Labour’s “clause 4 ” about allowing people to attain their full  potential, not much sign of it in policy when it comes to driving.

It is  interesting to note that both the current opposers are potential eco-fascists.  It is pretty obvious that those leading the call for lower rural speed limits  are almost exclusively townies who are probably not good drivers themselves.  This country is being wrecked by narrow minded people who because they can’t do  something safely themselves think that nobody else is capable of doing it  either. Like the Foxhunting Ban, policy is all about trying to destroy the rural  economy so that ten bob fat cat city dwellers can ” Escape to the Country ” and  take the homes currently occupied by indigenous rural people. Like the road fuel  tax escalator, its all part of a general trend for ethnic cleansing by  stealth.

Green Holocaust

It is now published that the eco-fascists behind and probably in control of the the environmental NGO’s advocate a massive reduction in the human population on our planet, and therefore it is now reasonable to believe that individual governments may be secretly planning along those lines.   Having followed UK environment politics for well over 20  years now the evidence suggests that the UK has plans to reduce the population significantly, which may be significantly accelerated in the event of the meltdown of the global stock markets as part of an ” Austerity ” policy.   It would appear that the starting gun has now been fired on the Green Holocaust in the form of the current UK Welfare Reform Bill and particularly with policy relating to the chronically sick and disabled, like Finnish eco-fascist activist Pentti Linkola suggests, achieve the goal to kill all ” defectives ” by stealth.

Although it in not at first apparent that the Welfare Reform Bill has anything to do with an eco-fascist inspired Green Holocaust if you examine all the evidence it becomes increasingly clear if you work on the theory that the doctors are prescribing medicine specifically for the side effects.  Disability groups on the left of UK politics are far too hung up on fighting ” cuts ” and have their noses far to close to the political party grindstone to notice the more subtle trend on overall policy direction.  Also most on the left are in total denial that their ideological champion Ed Miliband’s 2008 Climate Change Act has any influence on the well being of low income people, yet energy consumers are already paying at least an extra 15% on their energy bills in Green Taxes to subsidise alleged renewable energy projects and this is expected to rise.

Taking the panoramic view on the current welfare reforms it would appear that the whole object of the exercise as far as the Tory party propaganda was concerned was to cut the deficit, yet its clear that many more profoundly disabled people will be forced into being battery farmed in private care homes as a result and probably saving nothing in the longer term.   Most disabled people are proud of their independence and so they will not submit to being housed in a care home unless they are literally freezing and starving to death, however, there remains a group who are not quite ” disabled ” enough to qualify for treatment in a ” care home “.   It is these people who are first on the list to freeze and starve to death, no need for expensive concentration camps they can just be left to rot in their current homes, with no help whatsoever from a community which has bought into the Corporate Nazi propaganda that all people on state benefits are scroungers.

At this moment in time it could be said that the UK is experiencing the evolution of a Green Holocaust by stealth aimed at particular groups, however its pretty clear that government have been planning to extend the principle to all low income people and perhaps in particular those who remain economically inactive in the Stock Market by not paying into private pensions.  With hindsight its clear that from the end of the Cold War the UK government has been planning measures to control any potential civil unrest as a result of mass unemployment as they seek to manage the decline of our industry.   Having done all the detective work in my book Corporate Nazi ? and on my Craven Indian blog its now increasingly clear that heavy traffic calming is the groundwork for the ghetto’s envisaged in corporate sponsored film by Forum for the Future and what life will be like in the UK in 2040.  The collapse of global stock markets could put pressure on the UK government to bring this forward to even before 2020, the mass unemployed will be forced into living in ghetto’s in towns  and given starvation rations whilst being expected to participate in Workfare projects for corporate organisations.  Of course anybody not super fit will probably die like in WW2 ghetto’s, especially in the cold winters predicted for the future by the Sun watchers, forget global warming.  Even if the stock market by some miracle manages to stay solvent then the 2008 Climate Change Act will probably have precipitated at least 5 million extra unemployed by 2020.

Of course there could soon come a time where forced labour is not needed on such a large scale anymore and the ghetto inhabitants will become ” useless eaters ” in a world of high food prices due to agriculture production contracting due to the cooler climate especially in temperate regions.  If the UK meets its projected wind farm percentage of electricity generation we can expect regular power cuts, and of course the ghetto’s will be the first choice just to make sure that those still living a relatively affluent life don’t notice what’s actually going on.  Similarly 20 Mph zones will ensure that nobody strays off the main routes to witness the abject desperation their fellow citizens are expected to endure and spread the word, the ghetto inhabitants ( like most low income people today ) will remain disenfranchised from any theoretical democracy.

Most people usually die of pneumonia, even cancer patients but I suspect that if you are not very fit to start with exposure to freezing conditions is sufficient enough to give you it, especially if you are on virtual starvation rations.  The British have form on starvation rations, back in the end of WW2 they had a big open air prison camp full of Germans, some officer calculated what the daily rations needed to be assuming that everyone was A1 fit, the result was that hundreds of sick and injured German prisoners died.

 

All you need to do is translate that to the chronically sick and disabled, but with a new twist on the back of alleged human rights theory, an idea that on face value I support, the right to end one’s own life if you have no real quality of life left and be assisted in doing so.   Its fair enough if you are the guy who is behind the case and like him almost in a persistent vegetative state, at the moment he is at home with his loving wife caring for him so no panic but what if he were forced to go into a home.   Its pretty clear that many honest and decent chronically sick and disabled people are soon going to be faced with a living nightmare coping with all the bills and perhaps some become victims of payday loan companies charging up to 4000% interest rates.   It could leave many people virtually suicidal but even if they couldn’t actually commit the act themselves they could go to the doctor and get it done almost painlessly, the doctor knowing the score on their existence and perhaps sympathetic to their case.   It could result in lots of people choosing to end their life simply because they can’t afford to live a what they consider decent life anymore.

 

 

Getting rid of the fit unemployed could pose more problems, even if you have them locked up starving in a ghetto, quite a few people survived the whole period of WW2 in concentration camps so you have to think of something short of actually shipping people off to gas chambers.  The obvious method would be to contaminate the drinking water supply, and the Corporate Nazi’s could already have done secret trials in some areas.   Its a few years ago now but a friend of mine quite successfully kept tropical fish for several years, then one night she decided to change the water at the regular interval and within half an hour of the new water going in all the fish were stone dead.   She did get more fish again a few weeks later and had no problem with the water but perhaps it could have been a test to see just how effective contaminating the water in a specific area could be !

Of course their would always be survivors but perhaps few enough to shoot, not a good plan to leave people alive to tell the tale especially now caring free people have the advantage of the Internet to play to a global audience.  The next question is what do you do with all the dead bodies, and once again they have done tests on farm animals in the 2001 FMD epidemic, all the haulage arranged to transport the corpses to central rendering plants ( Bradford for the north of England ), do the green thing and turn people into meat and bone fertiliser to use on your organic farms !

Of course some of you reading this will say that I am a mad conspiracy theorist but I’m only a fairly well educated wagon driver so I’m sure someone other than me has already thought this all out and is secretly working on a plan to put it into action.   I sincerely hope they prove me wrong and that it can never be allowed to happen but NGO’s like WWF and Friends of the Earth need to be brought to account by their members who in the most case would never support a Green Holocaust, the proof that they have honourable intentions would be to end their Co2 drives global warming scam which has been running since 1995 based on quasi-religion not real science.

 

 

I suppose that after reading and inwardly digesting the above article yo may be wondering what are the Corporate Nazi’s going to do with all the empty property, the answer is that they are going to totally obliterate it.   This solves the problem of moving new people into a totally deserted area, some people might smell a rat but its no different to what had been going on in the northern mill towns under Labour, the Tories stopped it.  However, the Tories did just introduce the bedroom tax to force people into taking in lodgers, or moving into shared accommodation and the total cap on benefits is to concentrate all poor people in specifically ( as prescribed by the market ) areas of big towns and cities.   Its basically Corporate Ethnic Cleansing as practiced and tested in John Prescott’s Pathfinder Project where entire areas of cities like Salford were demolished to build new more expensive housing.  Of course its proposed that all new homes built from 2016 must meet new low carbon criteria at vast expense on the build price, perhaps even 25% extra on the cost of a bulk three bed semi ( 80k ).   Its pretty clear that the market will be aimed at wealthy green trendies, perhaps mostly immigrants from an increasingly turbulent world, Britain will be seen as a safe haven made even more attractive with the closure of carbon intensive industry.

 

 

Up until now Old Age Pensioners have escaped almost any welfare reform except for the proposed increase in the retirement age, it would appear that the elderly are a special case and potentially covered from attack by the political correctness equivalent of the Fox Hunting Ban.    However, it would now appear that the Murdoch media empire has set itself to campaign for the end of the currently universal OAP benefits like winter fuel allowance, free bus passes and even the free TV licence for the over 75s, and its pretty clear that a significant number of pensioners don’t actually need them from an affordability point of view.  In fact many OAP’s have incomes into the higher rate income tax brackets due to generous company pensions, but the majority are well down below the OAP personal allowance even if they are actually relatively cash rich from lifetime savings they lose out on the current low interest rates.

 

It is the cash rich and income poor pensioners who will lose most, usually people who own their house outright and intend to pass on the property and some half decent savings to their offspring on death, many of them have small company pensions which disqualify them from the pensioner credit scheme as set up by Gordon Brown.  The pension credit was probably the starting gun for a general squeze on pensions, everyone remembers the 75p rise one year due to the supermarkets colluding to keep the September inflation figures artificially low.  The Tories can now claim the biggest rise in history, and the claim that the plan for a 140 quid a week flat pension to cut out the means testing element for pension credit, all very commendable except it apparently does not include current pensioners when it comes in in a few years forward.

 

 

I suspect that the bus pass question is totally irrelevant for many OAP’s as they still run a car, but it would appear that a significant number took it up as an opportunity to sell their car because their eye’s were not really up to driving anymore, probably the most effective piece of Road Safety legislation ever passed in the UK even if not actually by the department of transport, and accidents have seen a falling trend.  Its cheaper to run an old car with a good Mpg than it is to take the bus in rural areas so scrapping the free bus pass could in theory spur the second hand car market but significantly increase road accidents, so in essence is a false economic growth mechanism.   The same principle applied to the welfare reforms to disability benefits, everyone got a 40% increase in their car insurance premiums due to the means testing of ESA  I suspect that employers liability insurance went up as well, plus the insurance companies are vastly increasing premiums for the over 80s and many companies will not offer cover at all so more pensioners will fall below the Corporate Nazi financial apartheid barrier to driving.  Then they will need their bus pass especially if they want to remain in their home, loss of a driving licence can actually lead to being forced to sell up and go into a home if no bus service exists.  On balance the OAP free buss pass has had positive benefits for society so why change it and fill the trunk roads full of Leg-Irons again thus increasing fuel consumption and the potential for fatal head on crashes due to botched overtaking attempts.

 

 

The Corporate Nazi’s main target is the winter fuel allowance, they only let Blair introduce it because at the time they knew people would just go out and spend it into the wider economy but energy prices have now inflated so much this is probably no longer the case, thus the proposals to get rid of it.  Then we are back to Corporate Ethnic Cleansing again, if you can’t afford to keep warm then move into a smaller house of no use whatsoever to your offspring after you die, or take out equity release so again you can’t pass it on in the family.   Its all about destroying the wealth allegedly ” cascading down the generations ” as right wing free market UK politicians used to proclaim, the stock market parasites want to intercept it all, and to enslave the entire nation to the Banks apart from a very select few, and now there is loose talk about allowing inflation to technically erase the debt, the very last policy any low income people need to hear.  It would appear that benefit claimants have been evicted just in time to cash in on wealthy immigrants from wider Europe moving into London, now they probably want all the old people out as well, also plenty of pressure on BBC Escape to the Country, so more people will be priced out of rural areas soon to be jigged along with a tax on coal.  On balance the winter fuel allowance is beneficial to a large group of OAP’s on the margins of the financial apartheid barriers yet it would appear that if all green taxes were scrapped they would be totally unnecessary, at present their is a valid argument to extend the winter fuel allowance to the chronically sick and disabled but the Corporate Nazi’s would never allow that as it would interfere with their plans.

 

The free TV licence for the over 75s is a no brainer, and again should be extended to the chronically sick and disabled and perhaps it helps families where OAP’s go and live with their kids in a sort of virtual granny flat, something which I believe should be encouraged space permitting like after their kids have moved out.   Obviously the BBC don’t want to loose revenue because you have your surviving perhaps bereaved parent living with you and avoiding being submitted to be battery farmed in the private care home industry.  Of course the whole object of the Corporate Nazi exercise is to ensure that you die before you can claim the pension you thought all along you were fully entitled to, its reported that due to the current low interest rate annuities are not paying what they once were.  If the stock market implodes due to the Euro crisis culminating in sovereign debt default which looks inevitable, even if Wall Street does not implode due to proven massive scale fraud.   The clock is ticking and we need to forge a future of our UK welfare state perhaps by thinking really radical and going for a citizens income option.  In any case there is a good case for the reform of means testing in order that the cut off point becomes the higher rate tax bracket, similar to the current proposals for child benefit, and to pay for it perhaps public sector pensions should be capped at 26k per household like other benefits now.  Of course the said 26k cap will never happen because there would be loads of former police and other civil servants blowing the whistle on numerous government scandals over the past 30 years, perhaps even the truth about the Corporate Nazi Arch Plan I often point to in my writings ?

 

 

Green Deal or Green Steal ?

 

 

Everyone must be familiar with the Green Deal as proposed by the government in the alleged quest for energy efficiency, most addresses must have been cold called first from India and then with a recorded message even if like me you are theoretically on the Telephone Preference Service. It is alleged that insulating your loft and cavity walls plus double glazing can save you a fortune on your energy, however, consumer group Which has grave reservations about the assessments for the Energy Performance Certificate.   It would appear that said assessments only take into account an average of an average and therefore it may be the case that after taking out the government backed LOAN they want you to, you may not actually save any money as a result of the works undertaken.   There is also some question about the early payment clause, if in future you actually have the money available to pay off the loan early you will be hit by huge Bank charges.  Most people who’s house has been upgraded since the mid 1980s will probably already have some loft insulation ( the biggest energy loss ) and most people have double glazing by now, cavity wall insulation can cause major damp problems. It would appear that the Green Deal has all the hallmarks of a stock market parasite investment scam to entice currently solvent people into taking out a loan against their house in the hope that their unfortunate victim will never be able to afford to pay it off.  I suppose this particularly applies to pensioners who currently own their own home outright, who are income poor yet their only aim in life is to pass their property onto their children. Its all too easy to be enticed by the prospect of lower energy bills as already 15% inflated by Green Taxes and rising, yet your energy payment will simply be replaced by the repayment of the loan so that in actual fact many people could save precisely nothing, or in some cases pay out more every month.

 

The whole Green Deal is wide open to miss-selling and anyone even thinking about it should be wary of the snake oil salesmen likely to move in for a quick buck, I suggest that people should be very very wary of anyone claiming that they can save money by taking out a loan and going into debt, especially pensioners who may not be as sharp minded as they once were.  If you are short on ready cash it is said that a good set of thick curtains are almost as good as double glazing at reducing heat loss through your windows !
